Final One

Here's the last cliche contest. The winner of this one gets the Final Big Huge Prize!
It was in medical school that the wannabe doctors were getting instruction on abdominal surgery. The instructor was giving directions to the students. He told them that to reach the intended area for the operation they would need to run their microscopic camera into the atrium, out through the ventricle, and then into the abdominal wall. This proves the old adage, "??? ??? ?? ? ???'? ??????? ?? ??????? ??? ?????".
Who can solve the last one?

I got it I got it.... the way to a man's heart is through his..... or wait a minute that's the other way around. Man I thought I had it. Are you sure he didn't tell them through the umbilicus up though the abdomin into the inferior vena cava into the right atria??

Of course, we are doing a twist on these cliches, so the story is written the correct way. Better hurry and post the twisted cliche which corresponds with the question marks so you can collect the huge prize! You are gettin' close. hopefully, no one steals it with your clue! You can look back at some previous ones.

Well, Belle has finished up the contest with the winning twisted cliche. The big prize will be coming to you soon, I am sure!! Be sure to thank lavy country for getting you on the right track. lol The cliche is, "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach". The correct twist is, "the way to a man's stomach is through his heart". Thanks to all who read and participated. Maybe we'll do something similar again sometime.
